Caramelized , crispy chicken legs . Secret is in honey and soy sauce .

Ingredients

  1. 12chicken legs
  2. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  3. 1 tbsketchup
  4. 1/2 cupor less honey
  5. 1 tspcornstarch
  6. 3 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 tspparsley
  8. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  9. 1/2 tsporegano
  10. 1/3 tsppaprika

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oven to 425 F. Wash chicken, patted dry. Prepare sauce by mixing soy sauce, honey, herbs and ketchup. (White powder in the picture is garlic salt) I boiled my chicken legs for 15 minutes before I put them oven. I waited make sure they are cool enough to handle.

    Brush them with sauce, cook 25 minutes. Turn them brush them with sauce and cook another 20 minutes

    Your oven temperature may differ from mine. So make sure you reach the best color.

    Serve them hot.
