Ingredients

30 mint
4 to 5 person
  1. 1 cupoil
  2. 1/2 kgchicken
  3. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  4. 6Tomatoes
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tbsCrushd red chilli
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 pinchkasuri methi
  10. Coriander leaves and green chillies for garnish

Steps

30 mint
  1. 1

    Take a pan put oil and ginger garlic paste,chicken then fry

  2. 2

    Then add tomatoes, crushd chilli and chilli powder, turmeric,kastori methi and salt and mix well

  3. 3

    When chicken is cooked and tomatoes are melted so flame is off..

  4. 4

    And then garnish with coriander leaves and green chillies
