  1. 150 mlMilk
  2. 1 tspHoney
  3. 1 tspButter
  4. 1 tbspRum (dark rum, if you have it)

    Put the milk, honey and butter into a pot and heat until just before it starts to boil, and turn off the heat.

  2. 2

    Add the rum and lightly mix. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
