Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupchopped celery
  • 1/3 cupchopped carrot
  • 1/4 cupchopped yellow onion
  • 1/4 cupchopped ginger root
  • 1 tspfresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbstomato paste
  • 3 tbssugar (1tbs if using seasoned vinegar- adjust to taste)
  • 1 tbskosher salt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 cupavocado oil
  • 1/3 cuprice vinegar
  • 1 tbs+ 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cupwater
