Before the weather is getting hot, let’s make homemade hot chocolate bombs. It’s super easy and tasty. Believe me it will give you a fun making and a fun drinking😀
And if you have a kid, your kid will love it. Let’s do it!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the white chocolate chips into a small bowl, and melted (I used a microwave to melt it, for about 1 minutes. But I stopped every 30seconds to make sure it doesn’t burn)
- 2
Stirring until well blended and smooth. Take 1 tbsp and transfer to another small bowl. You need 4 tbsp for four bowls. Then drop the food coloring into each bowl, mix it well. So now you have 4 bowls of different color.
- 3
Drizzle each colors into your mold. Another option you can drop a little amount of the color then add another drop of the other color then swirling with toothpick then add another color, swirling and mix it up again, and drop the last color and mix it up again until you get a pretty colorful marble that you like.
- 4
Transfer to the freezer, and let it set about 5 minutes or more. Meanwhile you can prepare the brown chocolate chips. Do the same way as the white chips. Melted in the microwave. Stirring well until smooth.
- 5
Take off the mold from the freezer. Spread the chocolate over the colors using a spoon. Covers the entire spheres. You might coating twice to make it thicker. You also can use the leftover white chocolate for coating. (I do for the white one)
- 6
Place them in the freezer for about 5 minutes or more. Or until the chocolate set up firm.
- 7
Take off from the freezer. Then remove the chocolate spheres from the mold. Heat up a nonstick pan in a simmer. Place one sphere face down on the hot pan to melt the edges and smooth them out.
- 8
Fill up with 1tsp chocolate mix (you can add more depending how big the mold you have, mine is small mold) then add marshmallows.
- 9
Place the other half of the sphere into the hot pan to smooth the edges, then quickly place it onto the filled sphere to seal. (It doesn’t take long to melt, it just enough to seal them)
- 10
Freeze them for about 5 minutes, to fully set. Then you can take them out to the room temperature before served.
- 11
To serve: Put the chocolate bomb into a cup. Boil or heat up your favorite milk. Then pour into the cup. You will see the chocolate melted and the marshmallows floating. And it’s ready. Enjoy!! It’s perfect for winter time.

Homemade Chocolate Truffles Homemade Chocolate Truffles
Earlier today, I was craving for some chocolate truffles. 🤔So I thought to myself, “why go all the way to a chocolate store to buy some when you can make some!” 🤷🏻♀️😅😂Here are a few pieces of my first-hand experience of making my very own #homemade #chocolate #truffles before they vanished. 🍫🤎Surprisingly #chewy and #yummy 😍😍😍Will definitely make some variations of these babies - probably with nuts, coconut bits, and assortments. 🧆🍫🧉🥜📝FUN FACT: It is said that the chocolate truffle was made by accident!Back in the 1920s, French culinary giant August Escoffier’s stagiaire attempted to make pastry cream when he accidentally poured hot cream into a bowl of chocolate chunks instead of the bowl of sugared egg he initially was aiming for.So as the chocolate cream mixture hardened, he found he could work the chocolate paste by hand to form into balls. After rolling the balls onto cocoa powder, he was amazed by the resemblance they had to the luxurious truffles from the French Périgord region and the Piedmont of Italy; its name was derived from the edible fungus such as black truffles.🤎🤎🤎#chocolatetruffles #nomnom #delicious #masarap #lami #namit #querico #sabroso #delicioso #lækker #utsökt #delicieux #טָעִים #chocolateballs #cravingsatisfied #lizziefied #happytuesday #dessert LizzieVO -

Melty Chocolate Truffles Melty Chocolate Truffles
I've made various types of chocolate for Valentines day over the years, but this simple chocolate truffle was the most well-received so this has become the standard for our house over the past few years.A bento lunch box with a depth of 2 to 3 cm is best. Since fresh cream keeps it from getting too hard, I like putting it in the freezer. You can also store it in the freezer in zipper bags. When you want to eat it shake the bag to apply the cocoa powder. Recipe by Bi-jo cookpad.japan -

I've been making these truffles ever since I was single and gave them a go with store-bought chocolate bars this time. Since these truffles aren't too sweet, my family really loves them.I used 2 bars of dark chocolate from Lawson for this recipe which weighed 75 g each.If you are using milk chocolate instead, please reduce the amount of cream to 75 ml.You don't have to add any mizuame if you don't have any.If you want to make more authentic truffles, give them a light coating of chocolate and freeze them before applying a thick layer of coating at the end. Making ganache from scratch is a lot of work, so I used mini bell-shaped castellas. I only had a few lollipop sticks at home, so in a hurry I used Toppo sticks. I'm quite proud of my daughter for refraining from eating these until the very end.I was careful not to move the chocolates while they were still cooling and hardening. Even if they look somewhat clumsy, I think that these would be good for Valentine's Day gifts for children or your friends. Recipe by Hidemi mama cookpad.japan -
