Mini Appetizer Croissants with Anchovies and Feta

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of parchment paper.

Cut the pastry into 16 triangles using a pastry wheel.

Place a folded anchovy fillet at the wide end of each triangle.

Cut the feta into 16 thick strips and add one piece in front of each anchovy.

Sprinkle a pinch of oregano over each anchovy and feta piece.

Starting from the wide end, roll up each triangle to form a croissant shape. Slightly bend the ends inward.

Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet and arrange the croissants on top.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Transfer the croissants to a serving platter as soon as they come out of the oven.
