Wash peel and grate carrots, grate tomatoes and onions in a bowl. Add slit green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, whole wheat flour and chickpea flour and knead to form a soft dough.(Don't add water)

Mix everything very well with hands, so that the moisture from the carrots is absorbed by the flour.

Make a semi soft dough and let it rest for 10 min.

Pinch out a lemon size dough and roll into any shape paratha.

Heat a tawa(griddle) and cook the paratha.

Flip over and cook the other side too.

Apply oil or ghee on both sides.

Serve it with curd, raita and pickle.
