  1. 150 gmSoyabean
  2. as requiredOil for frying
  3. As neededSalt,sugar,chilli powder
  4. As needed,kasoori methi
  5. 1 tsp jeera,
  6. 1 tsp hing
  7. 1bay leaf,
  8. as neededwhole garam masala
  9. 2Cardamom ,
  10. 3cloves
  11. 1 small cinnamon
  12. Gravy item
  13. 1Onion medium
  14. 1 inchGinger
  15. 1 podGarlic
  16. Other items
  17. 2Green chilli sliced
  18. 1 inch Ginger length wise cut in long slice
  19. 1/6 cup Simla Mirch

  1. 1

    First of all in a deep vessel,add oil,add bay leaf,khada masala, jeera, hing,kasoor methi,use small amount of sliced onions not chopped fry till translucent.then add gravy...prepared in a blender.

  2. 2

    Now treat the soyabean...in a bit bowl of water... squeeze water...after that roll in salt haldi,chilli powder,..let it coat.

  3. 3

    Then shallow fry it....in oil,Then you add into gravy...let masala coat...allow 6/7 mins on low flame...It's now blended well add other ingredients mentioned like capsicum green chilli n ginger...for 3/4 mins...see capsicum is half mushy...
    Switch off...
    Garnish with coriander...n ginger strokes...
