Ingredients

  • 200 gramsMilk
  • 3 tbspSkimmed milk
  • 40 gramsSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the ingredients in a heat-proof container, mix, then microwave until it rises. Let it cool in the fridge. (Knead twice.)

  2. 2

    I used 1 tablespoon of skimmed milk (powdered) per 100g of milk, but more might be better. The photo shows milk and sugar only. It's crunchy and delicious.
