Mel

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave for approximately 45 seconds. Stir chocolate with a rubber spatula until smooth adding 15 seconds at a time.

Once the chocolate is melted, dip the pretzel rod into the chocolate...letting excess chocolate drain off. I used a knife to spread to the right consistency.

Add sprinkles of your choice immediately. Or drizzle with white melted chocolate. Allow to cool and store in an air right container.
