  • 5medium sized potatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and clean the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Cut them into wedge shapes.

  3. 3

    Clean them to remove excess starch. Boil for a few minutes

  4. 4

    Heat a little oil then add the potatoes.

  5. 5

    Cook to your desired crunchiness.

  6. 6

    Enjoy with some tea or hot chocolate.
