Charcoal Roasted Corn

Mix all the spices together and keep aside.

Clean the corn and trim the edges.

Put the corn cob on the charcoal grill and roast it for 10 to 15 minutes till it is soft, turning continuously

Cut a lemon into half and coat the lemon in the spice mix and rub it over the corn cob coating all of it evenly.

And your roasted corn cob is ready to be served. Serve it hot.
