Preheat oven to 400°F.

Cut cauliflower floret into small bite-size pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl. Rinse wash well.

Add olive oil to the bowl and mix well with cauliflower pieces.

Pour all cauliflower pieces into a baking sheet with aluminum foil on it. (Optional) Add some black pepper on top.

Place baking sheet in oven and cook for 25 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from oven. Pour buffalo sauce to the softened cauliflower pieces. Mix well. Place baking sheet back to oven to continue cooking for 15 minutes.

Delicious Buffalo Cauliflower ready to serve!
