Steps

Firstly take a half kg mix dal, toor dal, udid Dal, masoor Dal, Chana Dal, Mung Dal,clean n wash 3 to 4 times in a normal water n soak the Dal with water over night.

Next day our Dal is soak nicely drain the water into the strainer n keep aside, take mixture jar add soak Dal into it,

And grind it coarsely into two batches.

Remove the grind coarsely Dal in another container add some curry leaves,

Cumin seeds and salt into it,

Make a green chilli ginger garlic crushed n add into the Dal mixture.

Add ajwain into it, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala ginger garlic paste, asofetidia.

Add some Coriander leaves n mix it well nicely n keep a side for 10 minutes.

Heat the kadhai pour oil if oil is hot take a small portion mix Dal mixture n give a shape of vada n put in the hot oil n fry,

Fry both the side now turn the other side of vada n fry till the golden brown n crispy after that remove the Dal vada into the kitchen tissue paper.

And serve hot now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty Vidharbha special Nagpuri spicy mix Dal vada is ready to eat serve hot in a serving plate with fried green chilli n tomato sauce you can eat any chutneys n enjoy.
