Heat kadai. Add a tsp of ghee & add cashew bits. Fry it. Keep it aside.

To the same kadai. Add wheat rava and roast it. Keep it aside.

Heat water and add wheat rava. Stir it until the rava thickens.

Add sugar and stir it well.

Add ghee occasionally. Add cardamom powder and mix it well.

At last add fried cashews and ghee. Mix it well. Serve it hot.
