Heat a pan. Add 1 tsp of oil

Add onion, tomato, garlic gloves, coriander leaves, pudina leaves, tamarind. Saute for 2 minutes. Add salt and scraped coconut. Saute for 1 minute.

Let them cool. Add in a mixer jar and grind to paste
