A delicious Parwal Recipe where Parwals are deseeded first then stuffed with mashed soyabean are cooked in a gravy of tomato ginger.
Steps

Deseed Parwals. Scrap the skin and sprinkle salt and pinch of turmeric powder on them. Coat well.

Pour mustard oil in pan. Put the Parwals for frying. Fry them for 2-3 minutes in low flame then set aside.

FOR STUFFING
Take the scooped out parts of Parwals in a plate. Boil Soyachunks and mix with the same. Put everything in a blender and make paste. - 4
Put the paste in pan. Add salt and sugar to taste. Fry them for few minutes. Sprinkle pinch of Garam Masala Powder and turmeric powder and mix well. Transfer to a plate and let it cool.

Once stuffing is ready, take Parwals and start filling them. Don't over fill them.

Pour oil in pan. Put Parwals for frying. Lower the flame and fry them golden.

Chop Tomato and ginger and Make paste. Once they turn golden, set the stuffed Parwals aside. Temper the oil with 1 dry red Chilli. Put the tomato ginger paste next.

Fry for few minutes.

Take 1 Tsp Coriander Powder and 1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder in a bowl. Make paste with water. Put it in pan.

Continue stirring till raw smell of masala goes away. Add water next. Add 1 tsp turmeric powder. Wait till water starts boiling.

Once water starts boiling, put fried stuffed Parwals. Lower the flame and cook till water absorbs the flavour.
