For paste:-Mix all drying. Wash n soak in a 1/2glass of water. For 6-8hrs.and churn add the same water to churn. Add sugar and make a smooth paste.Mix 1/4cup cold milkwith paste mix and press. and strain.(obt)

For mango thandai :- Take mango pieces 1cup milk 2-3tbsp. Thandai paste and soaked saffron in a mixie jar and churn. Mango Thandai is ready.

For Mint Thandai:- Wash and murdle mint leave in a khul batta with 2tbsp. Thaindai milk and filter in a serving glass.mix Thandai paste and 1cup milk and churn add few (mild)drops of green colour and churn. N pour in a mint juice glass.Mint Thadai is ready.

For Rose Thandai:- Take ruhafza syrup thandai paste2-3tbsp and gulkand and 1cup milk in a mixie jar. and churn. Rose Thandai is ready.

Take all 3 thandai in a serving glass garnish with rose petals mint leaves and mango pieces. Serve chilled
Delicious healthy Flavoured Thandai is ready to serve.
