There's nothing like enjoying a cold lassi in the summer. Mangoes are in season during the summer, and everyone loves them! So today, I started Holi with a refreshing mango lassi. It tastes absolutely delicious.

First, add the yogurt to a blender jar. Add the chopped mangoes, sugar, ice cubes, and fresh cream. Blend for 2 minutes until smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into a bowl and stir in half of the chopped nuts.

Take serving glasses and pour in the chilled mango lassi.

Garnish the lassi with 5-6 pieces of chopped mango, the remaining nuts, and saffron strands. Serve and enjoy this beautiful and tasty mango lassi! It's ready in no time.
