Ingredients: 2 tablespoons chick pea flour; 1/2 cup thick curd; 1/2 tsp turmeric powder; Pinch hing; as per taste Salt; 2 cups water; 2 teaspoons oil; 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds; 1 small onion chopped; 2-3 Garlic cloves crushed; 1/2 inch ginger crushed; 2-3 green chillies chopped; 2-3 red dry chillies; leaves Few Curry; leaves few coriander; for Pakoras-; 1 large onion sliced; as per taste Salt; 1 tsp Cumin seeds or ajwain; 2-3 Green chillies chopped; 1 cup Besan flour; As Per Required Oil for frying

This is my mom's recipe of kadhi with an addition of kanda bhajji by me. I love those pakoras dipped in the kadhi because it makes the kadhi even more delicious 😋

2 tablespoonschick pea flour
1/2 cupthick curd
1/2 tspturmeric powder
Pinchhing
as per taste Salt
2 cupswater
2 teaspoonsoil
1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
1small onion chopped
2-3Garlic cloves crushed
1/2 inchginger crushed
2-3green chillies chopped
2-3red dry chillies
leavesFew Curry
leavesfew coriander
for Pakoras-
1large onion sliced
as per taste Salt
1 tspCumin seeds or ajwain
2-3Green chillies chopped
1 cupBesan flour
As Per Required Oil for frying

Mix the curd, besan flour, salt and pinch of turmeric powder. Add 1 cup water and mix properly to form a thin batter.

In a thick bottom vessel or kadhai, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, hing,garlic,ginger,red chillies, green chilies,onion, Curry leaves and saute well.

Now add the curd flour batter and keep stirring continuously. Add more water if required. Check the salt and add if needed.

Let it come to a boil and simmer for 5 mins on low flame. Our delicious kadhi is ready.

For the pakoras, add salt to the onions. Keep it aside for 1 hour.
Then add green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin or ajwain and besan flour.
Donot add any water.
Heat oil in a kadhai and start frying the pakoras.
Add the pakoras to the hot kadhi and enjoy.
