Mix the water and sugar and bring it to boil till you get the required consistency of sugar syrup and keep it aside

For chocolate syrup, to the milk add sugar cocoa powder all-purpose flour and bring it to boil in low flame

Keep stirring till it get thickens and add butter to it to have the glazing

Take a medium sized buttered tray, dip the rusk in sugar syrup and arrange in the try. On the top pour 1/3 of the chocolate syrup. Repeat this for another layer.

Top it with toppings of your choice.and keep it refrigerated for 2 hours or till its set. Slice it and serve chill
