Take a pot heat them add ghee cashews. Fry well.

Remove cashews for a bowl.add onions on ghee.

Add some oil,add while spices fry well.Add tomato fry well.

Add potatoes,carrots,beans fry well.Add ginger garlic paste.mix it well.

Add turmeric,red chillipowder,coriander powder,jeera powder.

Add salt and fried onions.

Add curd and mix cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add water the water boiled after add soaked basmati rice.

Add cashews.The rice cooked on medium to high flame.Add fried onions.

The water reduces to rice.

Finally the veg pot biryani ready.serve with raitha,chutney.
