Was vand slice fish into cubes. Pat itt dry. In a bowl add egg,flour,white pepper mix well.Then put in fish and mix well until fish are well coated.

Heat pan and when.its hot add oil.Pan fry fish until golden brown.When done set aside for later use.

In same pan add shallots and garlic cook until soft.After that drop tomatoes and cook halfway.Add in fried fish and the sauce mixture.Simmer a while until sauce thickens.Serve
