Take one bowl add buttermilk and add 3tsp besan and mix well take a one kada for tadkai add butter /ghee add soad, cumin seed, methidana, astofodia, curry leaves

Add onion ginger garlic paste, tomato and saute well and add all spices in masala

Add buttermilk and add some water as per requirement boil for 20 minute add salt as per taste

Now ready for serve with rice
