Take potatoes remove the peel and cut small bundles.

Take a pan add oil for deep fry and heat on medium flame.

Take abowl add gram flour,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,baking soda,water mix for a smooth paste.

Dip the potatoes on the mixture.And put on the oil.

The bajji colour changed to golden brown colour.

Ready to serve them.yummy yummy tasty aloo,onion bajji ready.
