Steps

Wash and soak the moong dal for 4 hours.

After 4 hours, drain all the water and grind the dal in to a fine paste along with garlic, chilles, coriander,salt and turmeric.

Heat a pan, grease with some oil or ghee and pour a ladder of the batter and spread in circular motion to form a dosa

Cover the dosa with a lid to cook well. Flip and cook for another minute.

Healthy moong dosa is ready.

Note: these dosa are a bit soft and my family loves them this way.
