This is very simple and easy dry sabzi which is needed very little spices and cooked quickly.
Steps

First wash the Parwal nicely then cut into thin slices. cut the onion into thin slices.

Take a kadhai add oil,heat it.add onion slices and fry until it turns golden brown.now add Parwal saute well and cover with lid and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.

Now open the lid stir and add red chilli powder and salt.mix well.cover and cook until it turn soft. stir occasionally
when it completely soft cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes until it release the oil.turn off the flame serve this sabzi with roti or Paratha
