Ingredients

4-5Potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tspChilli powder
Coriander leaves a handful
2-3 tbspMint leaves
2-3Green chillies
1Tomato
1Raw Mango
1Capsicum
1 handfulCabbage
1Carrot
Flour as required
1Egg
Bread crumbs as required
Oil to fry
Juice of 1 lemon

Boil,peel and mash potatoes.

Finely chop all the vegetables.

Mix together all the ingredients.

Make small size rolls.

Dredge rolls in flour.

Dip in egg.

Coat with crumbs.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok.

Deep fry till light golden.

Serve with ketchup.
