Steps

Soak urad dal in water for 3 to 4 hrs. Grind the batter. Add ginger and chillies while grinding. Add sooji to batter.

Add coconut,onions and coriander n salt. Mix well. Set for 15min. Then take appe pan and apply oil to the moulds n add spoon ful of batter to all the moulds. Cover n cook on low flame.

After few minutes flip n cook till you get golden colour. Serve with any chutney.
