In a bowl add suji, curd, salt, chilli flakes and mix well until everything is well combined. Add as required water, mix well and aside to rest for 10 mins.

Now add all finely chopped veggies - onion, tomato, capsicum, sweet corn, fresh coriander and mix everything well. (U can add veggies as per your choice like carrot, green peas etc).

Add little water to adjust the consistency of batter.now grease the sandwich maker with little butter or ghee. Add eno fruit salt and mix gently.

Now spread a tbsp of batter to the sandwich maker, place a cheese slices and again spread tbsp of batter to cover the cheese slices. (Make sure it is uniformly covered). Now Cover the lid of sandwich maker and press tightly. Grill until the sandwich turns golden brown and cooked uniformly. Yummiest suji sandwich is ready serve hot with tomato sauce.
