In a plate add cooked rice, wheat flour and gram flour and mix it.

Then add the above-mentioned spices.

Then mix lemon juice in it and add ino and fold it in shape of muthiya or as shown in pic.

Now put oil in a pan and when it gets hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, bay leaf. As soon as mustard seeds and cumin seeds pop up, add asafoetida, dry red chilli, ginger, chilli, garlic, curry leaves and saute for one minute. Now add buttermilk. Then add turmeric, garam masala and salt as required, let it simmer for 5 minutes then add a glass of water and let it boil.

Now add muthiya and let it boil for 20 minutes on slow gas. Add water if needed. Keep the gravy thick.

Check the prepared rasiya muthiya. If it has cooked, turn off the gas. The hot rasiya muthiya is ready.

Transfer to a serving plate.
Rusiya Muthiya looks very tasty with roti or bhakri.
