Actually asked Zatarain's that they have IP instructions for their boxed meals that you add meat to. Here is what they gave me :)

Heat oil on sautee setting. Add sausage, cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until browned. Remove sausage. Add water, deglaze the pan. Add package mix and stir until well blended. Add sausage back to pot and stir well. Close lid and set to seal.

Pressure Cook manual, cook on high pressure for 7 minutes. When done, quick release.
