Pastry: First, mix the butter with powdered sugar and milk powder (sift the dry ingredients first) until soft.

Add the egg and continue mixing until the color turns light yellow. Finally, sift the bread flour and all-purpose flour together and mix in.

Filling: Use a mixer to blend the pineapple filling and winter melon filling until smooth.

Wrap about 3/4 oz (21g) of pastry around about 1/2 oz (12g) of filling, then press into a mold to shape.

Baking temperature and notes: Bake at 390°F/450°F for 8 minutes, then flip and bake for another 5 minutes, flip again and bake for 3 more minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven and quantity. If using a home oven without separate top and bottom heat, bake at 390°F.
