Ingredients

  1. Sauce:
  2. 1 tbspwine
  3. to tasteblack pepper
  4. 1/2 tspsugar
  5. to tasteoyster sauce
  6. to tastewater
  7. other ingredients:
  8. HalfGreen capsicum
  9. Halfyellow capsicum
  10. 1medium size squid
  11. 5slices.of garlic
  12. 5 slicesginger
  13. A fewdrops of Sesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinade squid with sesame oil and wine.Boil water then blanch squid then wash in running water.Heat a pan and sautee.ginger and garlic.When.aromatic add.capsicum mix then pour sauce keep mixing until the capsicum are half done then.pour in squid cook a while then remove.
