Boil chicken and kachnar until it get soft

Chop the kachnar saag with hand beater or using wood spatula

Remove bones from boiled chicken and shrink the chicken into small threads

Add all ingredients in chicken and kachar

Mix it well

Make small shape of kabab using palm,

Put these kababs in air tight jar or plastic bags, and place them in freezer

You can store them for 1 month

When needed, shallow fry the kabab and enjoy.
(Note) you can uncrease or decrease the amount of spices according 2 your taste)
