Ingredients

7-8 servings
  1. half kgkachnar ka saag
  2. half kgchicken
  3. salt to taste
  4. 1 tspred chili powder
  5. half tsphaldi powder
  6. half tspzera powder
  7. half tspsonf powder
  8. half tspblack pepper
  9. 1 tspchat masala
  10. 1 tsplemon juice
  11. 2-3chopped green chillies
  12. few coriander leaves
  13. 3 tsproasted besan
  14. oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken and kachnar until it get soft

  2. 2

    Chop the kachnar saag with hand beater or using wood spatula

  3. 3

    Remove bones from boiled chicken and shrink the chicken into small threads

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients in chicken and kachar

  5. 5

    Mix it well

    Make small shape of kabab using palm,

    Put these kababs in air tight jar or plastic bags, and place them in freezer

  8. 8

    You can store them for 1 month

  9. 9

    When needed, shallow fry the kabab and enjoy.

    (Note) you can uncrease or decrease the amount of spices according 2 your taste)
