Ingredients

20-25 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 packetpriya premix vade
  • 1 cupthick greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 2 cupsoil for frying vada
  • For tempering
  • 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds
  • 2 pinchmustard seeds
  • 2dry red chillies
  • 8-10curry leaves
  • Pinch red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoonoil
  • pinchturmeric powder
  • 4 tspcorinader leaves

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly mix pack of vada set aside for 10 minutes then pop oil in Kadhai on medium flame burner once it’s hot start adding vadas few I kept for having then I have added in curd mix.

  2. 2

    In a bowl I have added curd whisk it and add salt and water. Then add fried vadas. Lastly do the tempering in another pan pop it on dahi vade garnish with coriander leaves turmeric powder,red chilli powder.

    Enjoy it in Iftar the melt in mouth delicious dahi vade are ready to relish.
