In a pot boil egg with a little salt in water. When boiled peel off the cover, cut in halves or three part and set aside.

Now in another bowl add besan and all the spices above and mix it. Now add water gradually to make it a thin paste to coat it perfectly.

Now coat one by one all the pieces of eggs in this paste.

Deep fry in heated oil until golden brown in colour
