Steps

First grind methi leaves, garlic and chilies together take a pan and heat the oil for few sec and now will put the potatoes and now we will cook the mixture for few sec and then we will add 2 tbsp of red chili powder and salt as per taste

Now we will cook this for 10 min in low flame after 10 min we will check if the oil has come up now we will put 2 cups of curd now we will mix it properly and again cook for 5 min while cooking we will keep staring we will not leave it and then we will switch off the gas

Now our delicious methi aloo sabzi is ready sit back and enjoy your meal
