Steps
- 1
Combine the wet ingredients at first. Whisk them well either with a hand held electric beater or a whisk. After that, incorporate the dry ingredients to it little by little until a smooth batter is obtained that is lump free.
- 2
Preheat the oven on 180°and bake it for about 40 minutes or until done. Insert a toothpick or a skewer to check whether done or not. It should come out clean which indicates that the Cake is done.
- 3
Beat Cream Cheese until soft peaks are formed with melted Chocolate and Whipping Cream. That's the beauty of this amazing Cake. It's a beautiful fusion.
- 4
Cream Cheese Frosting is widely used on Red Velvet Cake. But in this fusion, i have used Cream Cheese, Chocolate and Whipping Cream. Isn't that wonderful? And as it is, the Whipping Cream used by me is sweet, therefore Sugar can be adjusted according to one's own preference.
- 5
Cut the Cake into two and do the Frosting on both the layers, in between and also on the top covering on all the sides. Sprinkle some Cocoa powder on top. Chill in a Cake box for about a few minutes. Slice and enjoy!
