Take a wheat flour in a large mixing bowl, add all above ingredients and mix it well

Add methi leaves,mix it properly

Add water as needed and knead a dough

Apply oil on the dough and keep aside for 10 min.Take a small portion,and make ball and press it with a palm and roll it with a rolling pan and make a circle

Heat a pan,put a thepla on pan and roast it on a low flame from one side,flip on other side apply oil on other side and roast it from both side till it is golden brown

And roast it from both side till it is golden brown.Cook all the thepla in same process and your thepla is ready

Enjoy your thepla with as snack or lunch or dinner or with simple hot cup of tea and pickle
