Ingredients

2-4 servings
  1. 1red onion (or brown)
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 1chilli
  5. 1 tbsptomato paste
  6. 200 gbaby spinach
  7. 1/2 tspcake flour
  8. 200 mlplain yoghurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the red onion into smalled cubes.

    In a pot heat the oil and butter. Add the chopped red onion and fry for a few minutes on low heat with the pot lid closed.

    Cut the chilli in half. Remove the seeds. Chop the chilli fine. Add the chilli to the red onions and fry for a few minutes. Add the the tomato paste and mix.

    Add the baby spinach. Cover with a lid and let it wilt. Mix gently with the red onions.

    In a bowl. Whisk the flour into the yoghurt. Add the yoghurt to spinach and mix. Cook for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
