Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 cupsuji
  2. 1 cupghee
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 3 cups water or milk
  5. 15 kaju
  6. 1 tbsp Elaichi powder
  7. as requiredDry fruits

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the ghee in pan add kaju let it be pink now add suji and sauté till light pink.

    Now add milk or water and done till ghee separate now add Elaichi powder and cook.

    Now add sugar and cook till dry add dry fruits of your choice and serve.
