Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take of curd.also add of oil.

Further add vanilla extract and whisk well.

Furthermore whisk 5 minutes till the curd and oil blends smooth.

Then take sieve and add maida and powder sugar.

Furthermore, add baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.

Whisk and combine all the dry ingredients with the curd mixture.

Also add of milk and tuttifutti make a smooth batter.

Whisk smooth till there are no lumps and batter turns smooth. also make sure the batter is of smooth dropping consistency.

Fill the muffin batter and pour into muffin mould two-third to 3/4 cup.

And also tap twice to level up uniformly and remove any air bubbles if present.

And bake the muffin in preheated kadai for 15-20 minutes upon medium low flame.

Cool down the cake completely.

Finally serve muffins and enjoy.
