Crunchy from outside n super moist from inside... the shape of donuts gives a new look to kebabs.
Steps

Boil n gratethe potatoes.

Add salt, pepper, kalonji, amchur powder, cumin seeds, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste. Add corn flour n bread crumbs too. Add finely chopped onion and green chillies n coriander leaves.

Mix everything well into a soft dough. Rest it for 10 to 15 minutes.

Make slury of maida. Adding coriander leaves, salt, red chilli powder, egg n water required.

Mix everything well. The consistency of the slury must be the back of the spoon visible. You can check with your finger.

Take small portion make a shape of donut. Dip it in the slury n then in breadcrumbs. Make all the kebabs like this n repeat the process.

Now deep fry them in hot oil n serve with ketchup.
