  • 1 bowlatta/wheat flour
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • As neededghee
  • 3 bowlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok.add ghee in it

  2. 2

    Add flour.roast till it changes colour.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and water.

  4. 4

    Stir continuously till it cooked or leave corners.

  5. 5

    Parshad is ready to serve.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
