Mix sugar and oil add egg mix well add flavor then add milk. In a separate bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.

Pour the dry ingredients into the weight ingredients and add the hot coffee/nescafe and mix well to avoid lumps. Pour ¼ cup of batter into cupcake pan. And bake for 15-20minutes.
