Heat the pan add oil add ginger garlic paste with chicken mince fry it.

Add green chilli n all spices accept onions stir it well.

Now cook chicken mince if its tender completely.

Next add finely chopped onions n stir it on high flame.

If chicken mince ready than cool it.

Take 1 somosa patti n fill the mixture n close with egg wash on the edges of somosay seal it from every side than fry it.

A yummy n crispy chicken mince somosay is ready to serve, enjoy it.
