Ingredients

40 minutes

  • 5potatoes
  • 800 mlwater
  • 1 teaspoonsalt, adjust accordingly
  • Canned baked beans
  • Slicescucumber

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, peel and cut potatoes into sizeable chunks.

  2. 2

    Add potatoes into a pot, add the water plus salt and bring it to a boil until you can smoothly poke the potatoes with a fork to test for readiness.

  3. 3

    Season with paprika and black pepper and serve with baked beans or a side of your choice
