Using an ice cream scoop, drop two scoops of ice cream into a glass, then chill in the freezer until it's ready to be served.

Right before serving, pour the steeped black tea, then top with your choice of toppings, then serve!

I served with "Honey Ice Cream"and "Salted Honey Ice Cream".

This is a green tea and anko version. It tasted slightly astringent, this was delicious. I think it would also work well with matcha.

With Hoji tea (roasted green tea) and sunflower seeds. This might seem like a strange combination, it was great.
